  2. Check Your BMS Settings: If your battery uses a Bluetooth BMS app, double-check that high-voltage disconnect is set to 3.75V per cell max, and low-voltage cutoff is around 2.5V per cell.
  3. Torque Those Terminals: Road vibrations in rigs and trailers loosen hardware over time. Snug your terminal bolts with a torque wrench (usually 9–12 Nm) to avoid hot spots.
  4. Winterize at Partial Charge: Storing your rig for the off-season? Don't leave your battery at 100%. Discharge it to 40%–60% State of Charge, turn off your main battery disconnect switch, and store it somewhere cool and dry.
